“Girlypop” Halal spots in Houston

Hello. I am planning a nice dinner out with a longtime friend for her birthday in Houston. I told her to pick a theme and of all the words in the English dictionary she chose “girlypop”. Actually, “Girlypop extravaganza” to be exact. She can only eat halal. To make things a bit more difficult, I want to take her out for a cuisine outside of the normal halal cuisines (e.g. Persian, Mediterranean, etc.). Is there any restaurants in Houston that are blaringly pink and flowery that serve halal meat options? I’m open to suggestions that include the “normal cuisines” too since that might narrow options too much. Thanks in advance!
