Girlfriend Struggles Finding Friends

Hey everyone, my girlfriend (20F) is struggling to find friends in the Houston area. More specifically, the Sugar Land/ Missouri City area. Does anyone know of any ways to help her find companions? She’s alternative, but loves cutesy things like tea shops and Sanrio if that helps. Thank you!!
