Gift ideas for out of town guests

Hey y'all! My fiancé and I are getting married in a couple weeks and have a lot of family that will be coming in from other states for the wedding. Most of our family members are from the midwest and many have never been to Texas. We're planning to put together some small welcome bags for them with Texas-themed snacks (as well as information about the area and maybe a souvenir).

So far, we're planning to include Topo Chico and Beaver Nuggets from Buc-ee's, but I feel like there must be other local things I'm forgetting so was hoping y'all might have suggestions? Thanks so much!
