Getting pediatric treatment at Physical Therapy Schools?

My 2 year old is in need of some physical therapy (loosening up her right achilles/tightness in her ankle).

I am curious if there are any PT schools in Houston that see/treat pediatric patients? If so, would love any names/referrals.

Our insurance isn’t great when it comes to PT… she would have to meet her $3500 deductible before any benefits kick in so I am trying to see if anyone would be able to see her that isn’t fully licensed but maybe has a pretty good idea of what they are doing?!
