Get car sticker by mail

Hey. I've been riding dirty for awhile, so I need to get my new sticker. My car is already inspected, so that's done, but I'm not eligible to get my sticker online.

Have y'all gotten your sticker by mail before? How much is it? How long does it take? I think I have all my documents I need to renew it by mail.
