Genteva or other hospice experience?

Have interviewed two in-home hospice providers for my terminal father. First one went terribly but the second one, with Gentiva, went rather well.

However, in looking at online reviews I’m not seeing much positive about Gentiva. Can anyone share first hand experience with Genteva, or provide an alternative hospice that you and your loved one had a good experience with?
