Gave a friend faith

So this happened a couple of days ago but I wanted to post it in hopes to inspire others.

Had a friend over for drinks and got to catch up for a little while. Told him about how I made a bold prediction at the beginning of Week 17 when news of Watt returning surfaced, saying that if he was back – like REALLY back – that Houston would go to the Super Bowl.

Talked to him about the Watson post game interview in which he said he knew he'd escape the two hit sack on the GW drive. And how the JJ return was a huge narrative. At one point I mentioned how when Watt's return includes a sack and some QB pressures, and when Watson makes plays like the one he did to end the game, that it makes people WANT to watch our team. Fans want a show, and I'm glad our team can give us that.

Told him that despite the Tits winning against NE, I WANTED Baltimore. In the first match up, NO FULLER, ROBY OR WATT. I don't think we'd get blown out again, but that's the measuring stick we have to go by. We've beaten KC once already so it's not out of the realm of possibility.

My friend replied telling me that I was starting to make him believe.

No one playoff team is the same team it was in the regular season, and every team has improved.

But NO TEAM has a 3X DPOY and a QB so magical he's already been dubbed "HOUdini"
