Garza management/El Bolillo Bakery

Is anybody familiar with Joel Garza or his brother Victor? They own Garza management company and El Bolillo bakery‘s. I’m asking because my company just entered into a partnership with them where Joel is going to function sort of as a partner to the owner. His brother, Victor is going to be taking over the day-to-day operations as president, I can’t really find much about them online other than rave reviews for the bakery. Does anybody have any experience working with either or know of anybody that has? If so, what were they like? What was the experience like? I’m just a little nervous, because in the past whenever upper level or even on site management has changed like this it hasn’t often gone well. Especially not for me and I’m in a situation where I work now where things are probably the best they’ve ever been. I have a pretty good amount of discretion and power when it comes to how I run my bar and I’m hoping that they’re not gonna come in and try to get rid of people.
