Garlic Okra and Crispy Rice like Thai Gourmet

Thai Gourmet used to be my favorite Thai restaurant before it shut down. A new Thai restaurant opened there but it’s definitely not the same and didn’t have the same dishes as Thai Gourmet. I haven’t found a place that has the fried garlic okra dish that they were known for. I’m also looking for a similar appetizer where the rice was fried like a big rice cracker and served with minced chicken in a peanut sauce. Has anyone found a place that serves dishes similar to this?
