Garage floor coating recommendations

Looking for garage floor coating recommendations. Was thinking about doing it myself but since we are moving in from out of state I figured I'd see what people recommend to probably have done prior to move in.

Also, recommend epoxy or polyurea? We don't plan to put a car in it.
