Angels	Cobb is set to make his first start since April 12 after his last start was postponed. He was solid against the Royals his last time out, allowing three runs and striking out 10 over 5 2/3 innings.
Astros	Javier made two starts (2.08 ERA) before being sent to the alternate training site to build up his pitch count while the club used a plethora of off-days to go with a four-man rotation. This is his first start since April 8.
