galveston vaccinations for all adults

Friday amber alert style message went out that all galveston county residents can sign up for vaccine. I got my email today that appointment is ready to be scheduled, but in the screening website i must pick 1A or 1B criteria, e.g. em i medical worker etc. and there is no other options and without it it doesnt let me to proceed. So im baffled what to pick. or it was false alarm alert.
