Galveston County’s Bolivar beaches reopen to the public, island beaches still closed

GALVESTON COUNTY, Texas — Beaches in the unincorporated areas, Bolivar Peninsula, of Galveston County were reopened Monday, April 13, the sheriff’s office announced on Facebook.
