Gallagher Club Seats

I was thinking about splurging and getting the $300 Gallagher Club seats. Then when I go to checkout, there is an option to buy Gallagher Club passes for an additional $89. If I buy seats in the club do I also have to buy the pass to get to eat? I’m pretty sure I can eat $300 worth of Hot Dogs and Nachos but that extra $89 might put me past my limit.
