Galentine’s spot ideas- drinks and dinner

I’ve got a group of four who want to do dinner and drinks for a Galentines celebration. We’d like something trendy and cute.

Two live in cypress, one in Missouri city and one lives in the heights. Something semi-central would be preferred.

Not looking for any specific cuisine but probably would like to avoid casual dining like pizza and burgers.
