FYI – IAH Terminal D & E have no Ecopark Pickup

IAH is unorganized. Apparently they canceled all Ecopark pickups at D & E, but there is no sign, no information, nothing. How is anyone to know they do not pick up at D & E?
Why not print that on the bottom of the ticket?
Either way, I asked a parking person in terminal E who then said I had to go underground to terminal D and get the Ecopark there. Again no sign and no information in terminal D. No Ecopark ever showed up.
I then had to go back unground all the way to terminal C and finally got on the Ecopark bus.

Why is it so hard for them to put up a sign in terminal E & D saying no Ecopark and to go to terminal C???
