Fun Houston experience ideas for birthday gift?

Hi y'all! Non-Houstonian here- I need some birthday gift ideas for someone who lives in Houston. I'm wanting to purchase an experience, rather than an item. Here are the requirements:

• Located in or near Houston
• (hopefully) less than $100
• An activity 1-2 people can enjoy (in case spouse can join)
• Not food/drinks-related, unless it's Gluten Free-friendly (she has celiac)
• Preferably something that has an option to get a gift card!

As a jumping-off point, she loves plants, the outdoors, music, vintage/retro things, self-care, etc.
