Fun apartment complex for people in their twenties?

Hi – I was hoping that someone would be able to give me some recommendations for an apartment complex that would be a good fit for me. I am looking for the following:

• nice pool and fun community (young people spending time together, parties etc)
• 1br under $1400 or 2br under $2300
• located in Washington, midtown, or the heights
• preferably good gym but not required
