Fulshear City Council approves $5.5M contract for Primrose Park Phase 2

At a Dec. 17 meeting, Fulshear City Council approved a nearly $5.5 million construction contract with Millis Development & Construction LLC to bring sports fields to Primrose Park during its second phase.
