Full size truck owner in downtown a pain?

I’ve got a Tundra, which is a big boy (no lift kit). How cumbersome is it too live and shop downtown/midtown? For example apartment parking garages, I’m concerned on busy nights there only may be single spaces in between..it’s possible to do it, but may need to park far and walk…? Biggest concern now is apartments
