Fruit/healthy arrangements or baskets

Looking for some suggestions into both birthday and thoughtful office healthy or fruit arrangement or baskets. Something that has been a hit in someone’s corporate place here in Houston. I want to purchase either an arrangement or a basket that I can order for my boss but also on other occasions to liven up the morale in our office just from me that they can stop by and have some.

Ive never ordered before but keep seeing edible arrangements, don’t know if they’ve done a good job don’t really want to give/purchase something that turns out bad.
