Front Row seats – Right Field/First Base Line?

My kid has been begging to sit by the ball boy because he is convinced he can get a ball there and easy access to any crap they throw to the stands. Is this true???

We last went to MMP in 2019 and haven’t been back since COVID, he had been asking for his 2020 birthday to sit in those seats, obviously it didn’t happen and we still didn’t want to do it in 2021, just now getting past COVID fears. I am thinking about going for these seats before the season wraps up but I want a reality check as to whether his expectations are likely to come true. Any feedback would be appreciated.
