From ottawa Canada, here in Houston with my girlfriend and her family. I thought weed was illegal? What’s all the stuff sold in gas stations?

As a Canadian I’m used to legal weed haha, I also understand and respect it’s illegal here. However, I’ve seen countless gas stations selling “carts” , and “bud” in those little 3.5 mason jars….

What is that stuff? I know what cbd is, but like does that gas station stuff get you high?
