Friendswood, Pearland officials oppose toll revenue bills affecting local infrastructure projects
Friendswood and Pearland city councils in April voted for resolutions that oppose a pair of bills in the Texas Legislature that would redirect a portion of Harris County’s toll road revenue to Houston.
