Friendly reminder from a new Houstonian that you can unsubscribe from the paper junk mail you receive in the mail
Hi guys,
Recently moved to Houston and was amazed that every day I appear to have tons of paper spam from all sorts of stores that I never subscribed to.
How this unsolicited mail is legal, I don't even understand – it must take significant energy and paper to send this out to tens, if not hundreds of millions of Americans.
If you go to the company that does this (save dot com), they have an unsubscribe link to remove your address for a period of 5 years.
They also take 2 months to remove you.
Super scummy company it would appear, but at least you should get 5 years of respite from their spam.
