Fried zucchini?

Hello, I'll be sharing this request in my city's forum too.

What restaurants serve fried zucchini? I have tried searching Google, Yelp, Doordash, and Ubereats for the queries "fried zucchini" and "zucchini". I even called Flowerchild and a few vegan places to see if its an off-menu item. Lots of bars serve fried pickles but its really not the same thing. Its a fun food I used to order all the time in my home state but have been struggling to find out here.
