Frequent outages in my area

This morning my lights went out for 3 hours. I went to the corner store for 5 minutes, and came back home to no lights. I thought it was just me. So I’m outside talking on the phone and my neighbor comes out asks me “are your lights out too?”. I was on the phone with Centerpoint and the employee says she doesn’t see a service outage in that area. I’m like WTF. This happened at 10am in the morning and I didn’t get my lights back on till 1:30pm. I hate this s**t LOL. It’s too hot for this.
