frequent flyers, what is a price range for a round trip fare price that you are familiar with?

This question will sound very vague, but I plan on traveling internationally for the first time i don't have a date or place in mind i literally just opened up kayak explore and I've been looking around.

Anyway so my question is if you travel frequently to any given location, and you're very familiar with the ticket price range…. What is the place and what is a reasonable price for said place? What's a steal and what's too high.
