Free Tuesday admission rules

My boyfriend and I are planning on reserving tickets for this coming Free Tuesday- at the Zoo. I also have a mandatory Dr appt around the same area that day.

Can you still get back in if you show your ticket and get your hand stamped? Have the rules changed?
