Free STD testing centers?

Hi, yeah the title pretty much says it all and I kind of hate myself for asking on here but it’s better to be responsible than sweep it under the rug. I’m looking for free or low cost STD testing centers in the Houston area, preferably in the West by Katy or Sugar Land. Any help is really appreciated, thank you!
