Free parking near downtown tax office? (Preston street)

Had to make an appointment at this location as it had the earliest availability, but would rather not pay for parking if I don’t have to. I don’t go downtown really ever, so I’m wondering if anyone knows of any free parking near this office. Thanks a lot!
