Free (or almost) wedding venues in June

Looking for a free or low cost location for a wedding in north Houston area for late June. Ideally a place in the country that has an attached building with some charm with a restaurant or catering (obviously not free). Bride’s folks put too many strings on their participation, so we’re going it without them. Ideas?
