Free/low cost therapy

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post but I want to help someone out.

I’m British and met someone from Houston who needs therapy, but I don’t know how things work in the US and they don’t have a lot of money to pay. As those who need therapy do, this person will struggle to do the admin work necessary to get themselves a therapist. That’s where I come in.

Could you please point me to some places in Houston that do free therapy or low cost therapy? Your help is much appreciated.
