Free haircuts?

There was an apprentice at Lot 8 Hair Salon in Rice Village that used to cut my hair for free for practice when I was in college. Going to cut my pandemic hair off so I don’t really care what happens to it. Curious if there are any opportunities where I could get a haircut for free or even get paid.
