Watching low cap space and Shaq Mason being a post june 1 cut, which cap space will not help in the free agency before draft, I think texans might have a no big signing free agency before draft. They will see how the draft goes and then after june sign or trade someone based on team need.

In this free agency, they will focus on filling up the roster with low cap space.
