Framber Reason for Optimism

After last seasons second half regression, horrible playoff performances, and now looking at his Spring Training stats- can someone give me a reason to be optimistic about Framber this season?

Starting pitching is our obvious weakness, and I think most people are assuming we are getting first half of last season’s Framber.

Not trying to be negative, but looking for people who understand baseball better to ease my concern.
