Foundation inspection

As part of my ongoing upgrade to my humble home, I'm looking for a little advice:

I'm thinking that my inspector overlooked foundation issues in our home as well as the ongoing joke that is my garage.

Anyway, I need to hire someone to see how bad my home is off and what's the best way to fix it.

I ran across this thread, so I might use one of the engineers mentioned.

Anything else you guys recommend?
