Found these 2 snakes in front of my door after the rain

As the title says, I opened my door to see if it was still raining after the storm and I found these two snakes in front of my door. I'm curious what kind of snakes they are and if they are native to the area. If they are invasive, what do I do with them ?? I'm not a snake person so any information is appreciated. Thank you!
