Found the best food truck recently

I’ve been back multiple times already so I figured it’s worth sharing for anyone looking for something new to try. They are called “Baja Fish Tacos” over off Westheimer/Montrose where Half Price Books used to be and they are making really good authentic Baja style fish tacos that I’ve only ever had in Cali.

I think it’s because they are cooking all of their stuff in Beef Tallow but everything just tastes so good and I feel great after I eat it. They do fish, shrimp, chicken, and grilled lobster tacos. Along with things like Lobster burgers and loaded fries but everything I’ve tried there has been A1. Go give them a try if you’re looking for something new to eat 🌮 🐟
