Found out Myung Dong is permanently closed. Any recommendations for mom and pop places near there?

Haven't been to Myung Dong (Hillcroft and Bissonnet) in a while and was planning to go there this weekend. Does anyone have recommendations for another mom and pop restaurant near there? Not necessary, but would be nice if it's Korean.
