found a stray dog in south houston—where to call?

I know animal control will euthanize him, and it’s going to be cold but i feel like he can most likely weather the storm if he has a hiding place.

Are there any no-kill shelters to call that are picking up animals because of the impending storm?

Have a dog at home that is very aggressive with strangers (animal or human) or else I’d take him in.
