ForTheCulture and Ovinnik Founders Club Opening

I saw that the Founders Club just went up for sale for these 2 breweries for $550 and includes 15% off all purchases, 2 tickets to a yearly founders party, priority bottle orders, and a one time free use of the event space. Anyone know if this is a good deal or had either group's beers before and would recommend them?
