Fort Bend ISD to offer competitive incentives aimed at recruiting bilingual teachers

Elisoliet Corsino, a veteran bilingual educator originally from Puerto Rico, has taught for 21 years—six of them in Fort Bend ISD— and said the district stands out for its support for comprehensive curriculum and welcoming environment for bilingual education.
