Fort Bend county vaccine appointment via text message for tomorrow but no emails, I am not eligible?

I just got a text from the number 88911 to come to Smart financial center between 9am-12.30 tomorrow but no email yet. I do not even belong to the qualified people category before Monday.

My wife(Teacher) actually had appointment email she was supposed to show to them for the shot.

Is this for real or maybe a mistake or scam?
