Former Uchi prep cook to open Japanese concept ReikiNa in CityCentre
A new Japanese tasting-menu restaurant will open in CityCentre, with a preview of the menu in April.
Chef Thomas Stacy, a former Uchi prep cook, and Director of Operations Andrew Herron, formerly of Rosie Cannonball and Tiny Champions, will launch ReikiNa. The tasting menu will consists of Japanese and other Asian flavors through a French lens, according to a press release.
