Former Karbach brewmaster’s future Tomball brewery has new name, co-owner

Former Karbach Brewing Co. brewmaster Chris Juergen now has a name and team behind his upcoming Tomball brewery.

Juergen’s CCJ Collaborations announced March 23 that the 10,500-square-foot brewery, which will be called Paradigm Brewing Co., broke ground in February. Alongside Juergen, Josh Schwaiger, another Karbach veteran, will co-own the brewery. Schwaiger has also worked at Coca-Cola and PepsiCo.
