Former Gordmans space in Brazos Town Center leased to local furniture retailer

SuperNova Furniture will take a 40,000-square-foot storefront in Brazos Town Center, the former site of a Gordmans department store and the largest vacancy in the history of the center.

The site was leased by Houston-based NewQuest Properties. This will be the fifth location for SuperNova Furniture, a Houston-based furniture retailer, which signed a 10-year lease. It opens this fall.
