Former CEO of SAExploration pleads guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud

Jeffrey Hastings, the former CEO of Houston-based SAExploration Holdings Inc., has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud offenses, the Department of Justice announced.
