Former business on Dallas and Sampson?

We pass a building in “Eado” walking down Sampson from our house to Neil’s Bahr, right by the light rail tracks. There’s a sign that says “will call” and the entry is cute, it looks like it used to be a theater? Can anyone tell me what it was? (We’re new to Houston, thank you! )
