Forensic inspection recommendations

Hey all,

Has anyone requested a forensic inspection on homes before? Specifically, trying to identify the root cause of brick wall budging noticeably when pushed upon? Any suggestions/recommendations?

Based on what I read online, the fix for the issue above is most likely going to be super expensive. So I figured a forensic inspection is more appropriate than a structural inspection, because then I can find out which expensive option I need to pay for.

The one I could find is Texas Structural Engineers (also seems to be the same group of people as "TX Licensed Engineers").
